Conner Homes announces Heron project in Kirkland

Conner Homes has announced a new project in Kirkland called Heron at 11132 78th Ct NE. The new project is a five home luxury development coming to the Holmes Point area of Kirkland. Situated near the eastern shore of Lake Washington, the homes are designed to have views of the lake or Mt Rainier while still boasting quick commutes to Bellevue and Seattle. The last home is targeted for completion by September.

The homes range in size from 3,500 to 3,800 square feet and and priced in the low to mid $2Ms. Connor Homes is offering two different three-story floor plans that feature open layouts, four to five bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. Each home will have a two car garage and covered outdoor deck. The homes are also designed with the work-from-home lifestyle in mind, featuring bonus rooms and office spaces designed with special work stations.

The builders are most excited about the luxury kitchens that have been designed by chef John Howie. Howie has created a “Signature Kitchen Suite” for the Heron project with hand-selected cabinets, luxury appliances and other unique touches such as spice drawers, recycling centers and pull-out pantry drawers.

A furnished model home is available for interested buyers. We’re including pictures from the Heron team below and plan to check out the model home as soon as we have a chance.
