Eastside June new construction update: One88 down to final two units

One88: This 2020 luxury tower by Bosa in Bellevue is down to the final two developer units starting at $1.4M. There are also six units up for resale at the moment starting at $1.1m.

Jade Residences: The Totem Lake condo building in Kirkland is about 65% sold at the moment and they’re currently in the last phase of inventory to sell before construction is complete. 13 units were set aside for the ARCH program and some inventory will be released once the building is move-in ready. There is still a mix of one and two bedroom floor plans available starting at $460,990.

Mira Flats: There are 11 units remaining for sale with two and three bedroom units starting at $779k.

Avenue Bellevue: The sales team let us know that Avenue Estates is 20% sold and Avenue Bellevue is 40% sold. We’ve enjoyed following the construction progress via their live camera feed.

Heron: Conner Homes announced this 5 home development just last month and they’ve already sold two of them homes, with the second home going pending this week. Three homes remain and all are planned to be completed by September.
