Koda completes and starts closings

KODA

Koda, the 201-unit new condo building that started sales at the peak of the market in 2018 has completed and has started closing units. Two units have closed so far according to the MLS.

At one point Koda was 95% reserved but they had a hard time converting their refundable reservations to firm purchase and sale agreements. For instance, we had 6 clients who had reservations and none decided to move forward due to delays in the project and a softening in the condo market.

We’re getting a preview of the completed building this week and will be sure to post lots of photos!
