We recently got a peek inside the recently completed Shoresmith, a 113-unit condo building in South Lake Union.
Shoresmith is a no-nonsense option likely to appeal to urban dwellers renting at nearby apartments like Chroma, Sitka and Ascent and looking to own instead of rent. It’ll also likely appeal to folks looking for a cost effective pied-a-terre (relative to high rises like Spire and Emerald.)
