Eastside weekly wrap-up: buyers are still out in force!
New listings remained relatively unchanged with a slight 1% drop week-over-week. That’s good news as buyers continue to be out in force. While 170 new listings hit the market, buyers put 190 homes under contract, an 8% increase week-over-week. Sellers, we continue to be surprised by the buyer activity but you’ll likely do well if you list in the next couple of weeks. We lost out on another home in Lynnwood this week that got 18(!) offers and went 21% over list price and no contingencies.
