Peak inside the Goodwin

Last weekend I got the chance to tour inside the Goodwin, the Belltown apartment to condo conversion. With 30 units, there’s plenty of opportunity. Overall, the units are nearly move-in ready and buyers can plan on a January/February 2022 move-in date. As Matt noted back in July, the building was built at a time when units were larger than what is being built today. Most units are priced under $1000/square foot.
Unit # | # of beds | SqFt | Price | $ per SqFt |
202 | 1 | 682 | $639,990 | $939 |
306 | 1 | 781 | $699,990 | $896 |
402 | 1 w/ terrace | 838 | $836,198 | $998 |
503 | 1 | 513 | $499,950 | $975 |
602 | 2 | 1098 | $1,309,990 | $1,193 |
802 | 2 w rooftop | 1098 | $1,469,990 | $1,338 |
If you’re on the hunt for one of the units with a private terrace or rooftop, only one remains on the fourth floor and one remains on the eighth floor. Aside from #802, my favorite units are on the corners like #202 with floor to ceiling windows on two walls – check out the floor plan:

If the rooftop deck made your ears perk up, here are some interior photos of #802, the last remaining penthouse unit with a private deck. Aside from the private deck, the show-stopping features of this unit are the lofted ceilings and North-facing views (think summer sunsets!).
