Bosa’s to start next month on 422-unit downtown condo

The Seattle Times and the PSBJ are both reporting that Bosa, the developer who built Insignia in 2015 in Belltown and One88 in 2020 in Bellevue will be starting construction next month on their downtown site, a 57-story tower with 422 condos, retail and a public plaza.

Bosa was the first developer to develop a condo building after the last real estate bust in both Seattle and Bellevue. Hopefully, this bodes well for downtown which needs all the help it can get right now.

The tower will likely complete in 2026, so we’d expect sales could start as soon as next year.
