Seattle weekly update: another week of record new listings

361 new listings in Seattle this past week is a new weekly high for the year. But I’m a little surprised we saw so many as we’re heading into Seattle Public School spring break this coming week (so lots of people are out on vacation…) Maybe this coming week will be slower? ????

The hot listing of the week is definitely this $21.5m Medina waterfront home. Other notable new listings include a $3.7m 2019 midcentury-inspired Eastside home, a NW contemporary in Denny Blaine, a midcentury in Lake Forest Park, a Beaux-Arts midcentury already pending, and a townhome that’s better looking than most. Further afield, we love this $3.9m Bainbridge Island waterfront, as well as this Hood Canal beach house and this $1m 1972 home in North Bend.

In new construction news, the concrete strike is over! FINALLY. This will unblock a lot of projects, including one of our own.
