Infinity Shore Club, the luxury new construction building on Alki, is hoping to generate some summer buzz by offering a huge summer promotion of a $75,000 credit to buyers who get under contract by the end of July. The credit can be used towards optional upgrades of features like window coverings, closet systems, home furnishings, or audio/visual home automation packages.
