The Emerald hits 70% sold; launches a new summer promotion

The Emerald

The new construction condo building at 121 Stewart St, The Emerald, just hit a big milestone of being 70% sold across all of their units. To keep the hot streak going, they have a launched a new summer promotion of 10% off 20 select units in the building. A buyer has to be under contract by August 31st to get the deal.

This replaces the previous promotion they were running offering a credit and one year of HOA fees.
