Graystone launches a “Home Purchase Assurance Program”

The Graystone, the 31-story, 271-unit condo building going up at 800 Columbia St that will be the only Seattle condo completed in 2023, is rolling out a home purchase assurance program to get buyers comfortable buying in these, shall we say, uncertain times.

It will be interesting to see if this gets some buyers off the fence!
