Mari Bellevue’s website launches with more info
It looks like Mari Bellevue launched its website in the last couple of weeks with many new renderings and more info on the 20-story 138-unit boutique luxury condo going up at 10232 NE 10th St.
Building highlights:
- 20 stories
- 2,500 square feet of street-level restaurant space
- 3,000 square feet of second-floor retail
- 160 parking spots for owners
Amenity highlights:
- Top floor SkyClub and SkyDeck
- 24-hour concierge
- Gym, yoga, bike wash
- Dog run, pet wash
Condos:
- Studios, one-bedrooms, two-bedrooms and three-bedrooms
- Three finish levels
- 9’8″ to 12′ ceiling heights
When will sales start?
Last we heard in March. Here’s a look at their sales center as of mid-January, they still have some work to do :).
