I’m the founder and managing broker of Urban Living. I love lofts, floating homes, new construction and mid-century moderns, but will help you buy or sell just about anything.
I help about 50 clients a year, putting me in the top 75 agents in Seattle by sales volume.
Prior to becoming a real estate agent I sold a food-tech startup, ran marketing for Redfin and worked as a program manager at Microsoft. I hold a Bachelor of Mathematics with a major in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo, so I’m always happy to geek out on pricing spreadsheets.
I live on a floating home in Eastlake with my wife and two kids. Prior to that I lived in the Central District for a year and on Capitol Hill for eight years.
When not helping people buy or sell, I manage my rental houses and when not doing that I enjoy skiing, boating, hockey and whiskey cocktails.
