🏠 The downtown condo market in one chart
Busy is an understatement.
Normally, we see a mid-summer lull in July listings, but this year, at least for our team, is proving to be a massive exception to the rule.
Here is a look at what we've been up to this week:
- The Hammer House: An incredible Olson Kundig-designed home. To put this in perspective, the other two notable Olson Kundig homes on the local market right now are listed at $10M and $65M. The Hammer House? Offered at a relative steal of $2.65M.
- Eastlake Floating Home: A classic floating home, recently remodeled for over $300K. If you love the outdoors, this one features an all-season second-floor deck and a rooftop deck with incredible views. Priced at $1.2M. This is our second time selling this one!
- West Seattle Development Site: We just listed this prime development opportunity, and it is already pending feasibility.
- Sammamish Re-List: Back on the market and looking sharp with fresh paint and brand-new carpet throughout this massive Eastside home. The price improved too!
- Westlake Floating Home: Officially handed off the keys to the ecstatic new buyer.
I was planning to write a deep dive on the current condo market, but honestly, this chart of price-per-square-foot trends for downtown Seattle condos tells the story better than anything I could write.
