U Place at Union Bay is a 244-unit mixed-use condo project in the U-District close to U-Village at 4603 Union Bay Place NE. Of the 244 condos, 217 will be studios. Should be done in 2018 but the last time we drove by in the spring of 2017 they hadn't actually broken ground yet. Being developed by Chinese firm, ZQH Investment, it was designed by local firm, DLR, and is being built by Chinn Construction.
