Built in 1989, Market Place North is a condo building in downtown Seattle near Pike Place Market and the central waterfront. The distinctive triangle-shaped building features a steel tower that rises above the iconic market, giving residents access to locally grown produce, flowers and eateries—as well as the rest of downtown’s amenities.
