The Meridian is a 161 unit condo building in First Hill that sits between Downtown and Capitol Hill. Built by Taliesen Corporation, a part of Cressey Development of Vancouver, BC, commissioned the construction of this high-rise.

This building featured a post-tensioned concrete two-way slab-system structure and a ductile-moment resisting center core. It is 273 feet high, with 27 floors above grade. The Meridian had the largest number of sub-grade floors in Downtown Seattle, at eight.
