Built in 1982, Hillclimb Court is a 35-unit condo building in downtown Seattle near Pike Place Market, the central waterfront and Seattle Aquarium. Designed by the award-winning Olson Sundberg Kundig Allen Architects, the building actually links the market with Seattle’s waterfront.
