Luxe Overview

Built in 1968, Luxe is a 39-unit condominium on the west side of Seattle’s Queen Anne neighborhood overlooking the Puget Sound. The building is best known for its water views, phenomenal location and its unique and beautiful open atrium layout. In 2007, Luxe was overhauled with new siding, windows, electrical and plumbing systems, drywall and more. The building’s one- and two-bedrooms and penthouse units vary in size, and most offer stainless appliances, radiant heating, air conditioning, parking and deck or patio space. The glass atrium is the only common area at Luxe, and its custom seating provides areas for residents to relax—even on Seattle’s rainiest days.
