Queen Anne High Overview

Own a piece of Seattle history at the Queen Anne High School Condominiums, part of Seattle Public Schools from 1909 to 1981. The school closed in 1981 due to decreasing enrollment, at which point students were transferred to various high schools in the district. The building underwent an adaptive re-use renovation process to become residential apartments in 1986. Then, in 2006, they were renovated again and turned into condos. The building is on the National Register of Historic Places and is also an official City of Seattle landmark. It’s one- and two-bedroom homes boast city, mountain and water views. They also feature 14-foot ceilings, stainless steel appliances, modern cabinetry and walk-in closets. Community amenities for residents of the building include on-site parking, a view deck with firepits and seating, first-floor storage units and a workout facility.
