The Art Stable is the definition of boutique. Developed in 2010 by Pointe32 and designed by Olson Kundig, the 5 residential units were sold as entire floor-shells that buyers could finish to their satisfaction. The west and east elevations are a wall of windows with neat openings to hoist up art, the north wall can be punched out for custom window configurations, nice westerly views, rusted metal exterior.
