Seaboard
1500 4th Ave, Seattle, WA, United States
Built in 1909, the Seaboard Building was originally called the Northern Bank. In 1922, a few years after the bank failed, Seaboard Bank opened in the space. It was later used for Nordstrom's corporate offices, and it was declared a National Historic Landmark in 2001. Today, the Seaboard Building is home to 10 unique private residences boasting spectacular city views, high ceilings, skylights, hardwood floors and more. Staffed seven days a week with an attentive concierge team, as soon as you step outside of the building, you're in the heart of downtown near bars, restaurants, retail shops, the central business district and much more.
