Eastside new construction July update
As the market continues to be hot, new construction seems to be equally hot! Let do a run-down of new construction on the Eastside:
- Avenue has had a big month! They’re almost completely sold out of studio units in both the Residences and the Estates and the sales team let me know they have 14 contracts out with brokers, including an offer on one of the penthouse units
- Jade Residences in Kirkland is now 70% pre-sold as they head to a fall move-in date
- Mira Flats is down to 8 units – all 2-3 bedrooms starting at $779k
- The Lofts at 15th have announced that hard hat tours are available
- Stone Creek at Sammamish will be looking to start pre-sales of their 35 homes later this summer. Toll Brothers also re-opened their sales centers recently which is good news for those looking for new construction
- One88 has one final developer unit for sale, a 2 bedroom unit – after that, we’ll have to look wholly to resales from current owners
- Altaire Bellevue is still on our watch list for pre-sales later this summer
- ParqHouse looks to be switching to office space instead of residential
