Ballard home goes 10% over

Move-in-ready homes remain hot. A remodeled home in Ballard, listed at $1.45M, received five offers (none cash!) and is pending around $1.6M. Fixer-uppers are also hot; see the Queen Anne home we linked below!
When not touring and writing offers, our team was busy – our sellers closed on selling their south Seattle home that we found a buyer for in just a day. We helped buyers close on a condo in Eastlake that we negotiated a nice credit on (always do an inspection!), and we helped a first-time condo buyer get the keys to her condo at Graystone (don’t miss our in-depth video on Graystone). We’ve also been matchmaking buyers with off-market floating homes (we are always happy to get creative if you can’t find what you want for sale!)

- Highest % over asking: Queen Anne craftsman for 47% over (this is the one that is rumored to have received 20-30 offers)
- Most expensive: Holmes Point waterfront for $6.28M
