Spire Now Completing in Q1 2021
Spire, the 352-unit condo building going up at 6th and Wall recently sent out a promotional email announcing that they’re 50% complete in terms of floors poured. The email also noted that completion will be first quarter 2021 while previously they had been marketing a completion date before the end of 2020.
They’ve also revised their unit count down to 352 as they combined several units on upper floors.
We recently heard that Spire is 25% pending.
