The Bellevue Club Residences is a proposed twin-tower condo project in Bellevue at 11200 SE 6th St on the east side of the Club’s site. Still in the planning phases, the proposal is to build a six-story podium with two towers. The towers would top out at 22 stories and would be home to 266 condos. The podiums would have parking for 1,103. The condos would range in size from 650 to 2,300 square feet and would include one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom units.
We’re hearing construction may began in 2025 and wrap up in 2028.
