Mari Bellevue Overview

Slated for completion in 2024, Mari Bellevue is a 20-story high-rise tower that will offer 138 condos, including studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom homes. Each unit will offer market-leading ceiling heights (9’8”-11’10”) and luxe finishes. Shared amenities at Mari Bellevue are slated to include a sky lounge, rooftop deck, private dining room, zen library, fitness center, yoga studio and pet spa above retail spaces and a three-level, below grade garage with 160 stalls. Mari Bellevue is positioned in the heart of downtown Bellevue, near Bellevue Square, the Bellevue Art Museum, top schools and all the urban upmarket amenities of the Eastside.

The HOA (homeowner association) dues at Mari are estimated to be $0.89 a square foot a month.

Additional storage will be available for purchase at Mari. Storage lockers start at $12,000 for a 3’x’5x’7′ though they have a handful of larger lockers for $13,000 to $18,000.

At Mari electrical vehicle prewiring will be available for $8,750 and having a charger provided and installed is an additional $8,750.

The rental cap at Mari is .48% with a 6-month minimum rental term.

Mari has two ground floor retail spaces and a third commercial space on the second floor.

Mari’s concierge is 24/7 and will consist of managing packages, attending to guests, dry cleaning and management of the building.

Mari requires a 5% non-refundable earnest money deposit.
