Spire Overview

Spire is a condo building at the intersection of Belltown, South Lake Union, and Denny Triangle at 2510 6th Ave in Seattle. Completed in 2021, Spire has 343 homes ranging from one-bedrooms to three-bedrooms homes. Buyers at Spire love the floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the Sound, the Space Needle, Lake Union and downtown.
