Updated for 2024! Here are the best and most popular condos last year.

Congrats to Avenue Residences! Avenue Residences was by far the most popular condo building with Bellevue downtown-area condo buyers in 2023 notching the most sales according to the NWMLS, the database real estate agents use.

#1 – Avenue Residences

Avenue Residences, the more “affordable” tower at Avenue Bellevue started closings in November of December and with 24 closings rocketed to first place making it the most popular condo in downtown Bellevue.

#2 – Bellevue Towers

Bellevue Towers, the 42-story 539-unit twin tower development came in second place with 21 sales across both towers.

#3 – Washington Square Towers

Washington Square Towers, the more modest 25-story, 377-unit twin tower development came in third place with 17 sales across both towers.

#4 – Mira Flats

Mira Flats, built in 2018 and just 6 stories for 162 units came in fourth place with 10 sales.

#5 – Steeple Rock

Steeple Rock, another new construction condo came in fifth with 8 sales.
