A sleepy week… except for the house that got 8 offers 🤯
We hope you had a great Thanksgiving break! As you can see in the charts below, things were very quiet on the real estate front; last week will likely go down as the third-slowest week of the year. (Only Christmas and New Year’s tend to be sleepier.) BUT, this Normandy Park home had 8 offers and went $800K over.
Even so, we stayed a little busy. We handed the keys to our buyers for a great penthouse at Bellevue Towers and celebrated with first-time buyers who closed on an Eastlake condo, where we negotiated a 7% discount off the last list price.
And since it’s Giving Tuesday, we’ll match any donations made to our local public school, TOPS, or to Mary’s Place. Just forward your receipt by the end of the week, and we’ll match it!
