Carl graciously offered to do the leg work for a Urbnlivn meetup. I told him no one would come and he said of course people would. Set to prove me wrong here’s his announcement asking you to come. Please do! And if you could live a RSVP in the comments so we know how big a table to reserve that would be a big help. The event is currently no-host/cash bar unless someone wants to sponsor the event :).

That is so funny. I’ve been reading similar articles and posts down here in San Francisco for years. The market is a little flat at the moment but the bottom has not dropped out. Brand new condos in downtown towers are still selling around $1000/sq ft.
