I went to the Expo today. Here’s an update on sales numbers.
1 - 143 reservations for 208 units
1521 - 131 of 141 units sold
Brix - 68 of 141 units sold
Domaine - 10 of 92 units sold. I heard a rumor they took all the units off the market but they haven’t. They have switched marketing companies to D Carelli & Companies, re-did the sales center, added a ‘Club Domaine’ and will be releasing the garden series of homes soon.
Gallery - 76 of 200 units sold. Here is the price sheet they were handing out.
Enso - Over 50% sold
Lumen - 20 of 94 remaining. Move-ins happening over next 5 weeks. Here is the price sheet they were handing out.
Equinox - 50 of 204 sold
Parc - 247 of 261 sold
Rollin Street - under 50%
Trace Lofts - 26 of 42 sold. They weren’t at the expo but I stopped by today.
Trace North - 6 of 100 sold
Veer - Over 50%

Only 24 at Trace Lofs? They don’t have that many units on the MLS. Did you see how North was doing?

Sorry, it is 26 sold. North has only sold 6 (mainly cheaper units on the 2nd floor) but keep in mind that they are holding back entire floors in order to manage the amount of available inventory.

Parc Belltown only has 185 units according to the DJC. Your 261 number is actually pretty close to the Parc + Avenue One figure, which ought to be around 285.
I look at the Gallery website pretty often since I’m a buyer. They currently list about 76 units on the availability menu. Are you sure the number isn’t reversed?
Love reading the updates! I might have gone to the expo but was out of town. Too bad the booths didn’t have more. Nothing like talking to a salesperson who doesn’t know anything.

Well, I’m confused. I spent a lot of time trying to find some sources for number of units at Parc Belltown but I can’t find any. Weird. I don’t get why though don’t have that number on their website or articles about the building.
As for Gallery it looks like I took the fact I knew, 38% sold and multipled it by 200 the number of units I thought it had to get that number. How many units does it’s finsihed design have. 214?

It’s something like 214. Over 200.
Maybe the website and actual sales don’t match. But that would be strange. I’d think they’d want to show all available units.
For finding stats, I recommend an online DJC subscription. Total searchable archives since 1990.
Also the DPD notices. They at least tell you how many units the Land Use Permit allows. Updates are on Mondays (small list) and Thursdays (90% of the items), and they have searchable archives.

…216. The initial number was 214 units but they did split two penthouse level units in to four units (they only recently updated their website showing the 2 additional units).
