Belltown Loft for Sale at Site 17

The Site 17 is building is conveniently located in a bustling segment of Belltown with multitude of bars, cafes, banks, hair salons and late night convenient stores nearby. You are a block away from happy hours, brunches and more.

What I like about the loft at Site 17 is that the bedroom has high enough ceiling to function as a normal room as opposed to some of the loft spaces where you have to crawl and crouch just to get to your bed. There is even a half bathroom on the bedroom level.

The 894 square feet loft is going for $439,000. The building has great unfussy modern design, 24/7 gym facility on site and the location for Belltown is great. The only thing is that the HOA dues seem a bit high at $498/month but I guess you are paying for convenience.

  • This is gonna gonna go fast. Lots more real estate investors are trying to buy lofts to rent out to tech young professionals working at amazon and google. would be surprised if it sells for over 500k

I know for a fact that a couple of my friends moved from SF to Seattle and would only buy/rent houses in seattle do to the “young nightlife” I can see lots more owners buying houses and renting them out in the seattle area to younger business professionals. Since recently graduating college, none of my friends have moved to the eastside
