New Isola Modern in Madison Park
One of two new Isola Homes at 4121 and 4119 E Newton Street in Madison Park just hit the market for $799,950. Known for their innovative sustainable designs, this Built Green home reflects Isola’s environmental stewardship standards.
There are a lot of cool things about this house, but let’s talk about the kitchen…because you’ll be living in it. They call it “linear”, which is not untrue. It forms a line right down the wall of the living room. I’m not convinced, but I guess it’s the height of open concept. At least the high-end cabinets, counters, tile, fixtures, appliances, etc. are pretty. And, you won’t miss a second of the big game going to grab another beer.
Two bedrooms and 1.5 baths round out the first floor, while the master gets the second floor all to itself. The rooftop deck, with it’s treetop and Lake Washington views, looks fantastic for relaxing and entertaining. I also like that it’s located back in this quiet neighborhood for privacy, but is also a very easy walk to restaurants, shops, and the lakefront. Open tomorrow, Thursday, July 3 from 10:30-12:30, if you want to get a jump on the holiday weekend viewers.
