Port Townsend’s historic Cracker Factory is on the market again, with a $60,000 price cut from last year.  $878,000 gets you this fully restored, 3 story commercial/residential, 2,700 square foot building in the heart of Port Townsend’s downtown.   It’s address is 819 Washington St, but it’s tucked in a courtyard off of Washington St.   Currently it’s the ultimate artists loft, but make of it want you want.  I would want skylights and a proper roof deck.  Even a little addition on top would be nice, if you can get past the strict historic zoning.  It would make a sweet 2 unit building and bring in some income.
