3741 S Kenyon Street is a single-owner 1960s time capsule. The midcentury modern style starts with the bones—courtyard entry, walls of hillside windows, a split-level design that mimics a basement rambler—but it really gets down to the details, too. The garage still bears a classic, retro starburst design. The kitchen not only has what appears to be original hardware and cabinetry, but a built-in robins-egg blue oven, too.

The hardwood floors have recently been refinished and it has a fresh coat of paint, but it could use a little love from someone smitten with the style; for example, the patios and rock gardens have their original character, but the landscaping could use some love.
