Renting a Seattle Loft

We get a lot of requests for help with finding lofts for rent in Seattle. We’d be happy to help, but truth be told, in Seattle you don’t really need a real estate agent to help you find a rental.

Here’s where to look:

  1. Craigslist: unfortunately Craigslist is still is your best bet for finding a place. Many individual loft owners advertise here. Just make sure you visit the place and confirm it is real before sending them money! There are many scammers targeting lofts.
  2. Windermere: this is where real estate agents list lofts for rent.
  3. The Samis Land Co owns two great loft apartment buildings, the Terry Denny and the Corona building. I’d check them for availability.
  4. Agnes Lofts on Capitol Hill is one of the only modern loft apartment buildings
