Following close on the heels of their auction-turned-buy-now-event in early March, the sales team at the Gallery sent an email blast yesterday to promote their inventory closeout special. A 3% buyer’s bonus is being offered on all new contracts written by June 30, closing by July 30. According to the fine print, the bonus is to be used for closing costs and prepaids.

At 90% sold, only 1-bedroom layouts remain available. And of those that remain, only two have water views:

  • #915 is currently priced at $302K (pre-auction price was formerly $386K)
  • #1115 is currently priced at $307K (pre-auction price was formerly $428K)

The 3% buyer’s bonus calculates out to be just over $9K for either of these two.

Built in 2009, Gallery condominiums is located at 2911 2nd Avenue and is composed of open 1-bedroom, 1- or 2-bedroom, and loft residences.
