Earlier this year, I toured the same unit eight floors below. I really liked the Puget Sound views and the layout made good use of space. I thought it would have made for a solid rental. However, the lack of a parking space was a deal breaker. Interestingly, that unit, originally listed for $280,000, sold a few weeks ago for $277,000.

With this new listing, you are even higher up in the building and you could get it for a little bit less. The listing says the kitchen was completely renovated and it looks pretty nice, especially the stainless steel hood. Considering the kitchen and the custom closet storage, one thing is clear: whoever designed the  remodel definitely likes the wood look.
