What are the ads saying this long weekend? Not much, they’re all the same as last week. Apparently Plaza Del Sol hasn’t sold any condos in the last week, either that or they haven’t updated their ad. Though the Vulcan properties are advertising for the first time:

Enso: ‘Traveling the world tends to give you a new appreciation for the comforts of home. Refrigeration for example’

The Martin: ‘Residents of The Martin, unfamiliar with mind-numbing yard work, may mistake a ‘lawnmower’ for a cocktail at Palace Kitchen’.

Rollin Street: ‘Wide open sapces. Now at home too.’

Veer Lofts: ’16′ ceiling heights & pet friendly. Okay, maybe you don’t own a giraffe, but be assured that many of our lofts can comfortably accommodate one when necessary.’

Plus there’s three ads for developments not on my list:

Onyx: ‘Beat the Grand Opening Rush!’

Taylor Anne: ‘ 6 sold first week!’. $159,950 to $1,299m950.

Welch Plaza: ‘Hurry… Only 2 left!’ From $309,900.
