I got an email today about Queen Anne Highschool Pre-sales beginning:
Starting very soon, we will be holding private tours by appointment with our priority registration interest list prior to the public grand opening. Homes are now being sold to the interest list on a priority basis, and the attempt is benig made to contact people in the order in which they first registered.
Apparently they have 2000+ people on their email list.

How strange is it to turn an old school into residence? I had to go to the website to see it for myself.

I got a call from the sales office for this project. Looks like the units will be starting in the high 300s. Very pricey for a conversion. Do these even include parking?
