My wife and I submitted a card for Enso. Actually (and maybe foolishly) even though we’re on a fairly limited budget, Enso is our first choice. We absolutely love units 2/3 and from much speculating on the various factors that might affect the price, we anticipate they will be within our price range. The layout is great, they are not quite unbearably small, and those double sided fireplaces are very nice.

Rollins has some better selection within our price range, but I can already see those east facing units looking right into a big honking stucco wall, while the west facing units get slapped with a nice big premium. I do like the south facing unit, due to the way it looks right between 2200 and Enso, it has a lot of promise to maintain a very good view of the city for many many years in the future. However, there are two floor plans for that unit. I hate one, my wife hates the other one :).

Having seen the finishes on Veer and it’s distance from the rest of the developments I’ve grown to dislike it. However, if a 6th floor full loft was in our price range I would seriously consider it.
