Cosmo must be closing soon

Cosmo must be closing soon because people are advertising units for rent already on Craigslist. $1300 to $2100/month if you’re interested. Funny that they all use the same photos.

    The ad that states…”we are the owners…etc”…was originally listed at $2300 if someone wanted to “pre-lease” before March 1st. They stated that after March 1st the rate would be increased to the “Market Rate” of $2500.

    This was in January.

    I emailed them…laughed at their expectations…told them all about the glut at the 2200.

    The next day…$2100 but would charge market rates of $2300 in March

    And for about the last month…$2100…and no mention of “market rates”…still no takers.

    Good call on loft unit going STI
