1100 E Howell
Phase two of 1100 E Howell is getting started soon. 24 townhomes, radiant in-floor heated hardwood, across from the park, underground parking, etc. Presentation center is open daily. Monday 1pm to 6pm and Tuesday to Sunday from 10am to 6pm at 1800 11th Avenue.
Condo Expo
Reminder that the Seattle Condo Expo is Saturday 12pm to 5pm and Sunday 10am to 5pm. Pay $15 to ‘preview over $3 billion in new condominium inventory in Seattle/Bellevue’. The following projects will be there:

Their 12,000 square foot sales center is opening this weekend at 414 Stewart Street.

Queen Anne High
Sales must be dragging at Queen Anne High school. This weekend they are offering $10,000 off everything.

Whatever you do, don’t go with Queen Anne High School. Those clowns took $10,000 of my earnest money.
They charge people 600 bucks a sqare foot only to cut corners with a piece of crap ventless commbo washer drier. Give me a break!

Hi Matt - that’s crazy for anyone to think that people are going to pay $15 to be given sales pitches on a bunch of different condo complexes … I guess that’s why they dropped the price to $10 today - which is still $10 too much. Anyone that wants FREE information (or to see any of them when they are complete) can give me a call at 452-455-5478 and I will be glad to help.
