I saw an open house in that building a few months ago, though it was listed as unit “#8″ (which makes no sense, since apparently the 18 units have been given three-digit unit numbers). About 1100 sq ft, asking $550,000. Very pretty design, but I’m wondering how much — if anything — the owner got.

I looked at a unit in that building earlier this year; the unit itself was fantastic, but I was very disappointed in the upkeep of the common areas.
