19th Ave Lofts
#203 is available for $390,000. But I think the kitchen needs updating (if I were to update it I’d push it back under the sleeping loft to open up more of the living room):

#311 also just came on the market for $475,000 for 983 square feet and two parking spots. Compare and contrast the photos in the two. I think the first agent did a much better job than the second.
Metro Condos
Remember the $1 price reduction? Looks like on Saturday George Lamson upped the price from $349,959 to $355,000 after 80 something days on market and then yesterday pulled the listing and re-listed it today for $337,250. Or maybe the listing contract expired? Seems fishy.
Mosler Lofts
Mosler is now up to 12 resales and remaining units.
Press Condos
and price reduced three listings:
#511 $30,000 drop to $469,950.
#125 $10,000 drop to $379,950.
#127 $20,000 drop to $409,950.
Talisman Loft
One of my co-workers is looking at a $270k house in Shoreline as his starter bachelor pad. I think instead he should go for this full height loft at 1000 Union St for only $269,000. Though it’s only 527 square feet and no yard to mow and he’s apparently pretty excited about mowing the lawn.

Bonus listing
Not a condo but 6343 23 Ave SW has a carpet on the ceiling!?

Who staged the 2nd one at 19th Ave lofts? I like the addition of the backpack on the wall…

The carpet on the ceiling is probably covering up something interesting.

…or, maybe they have a carpet fetish. There seem to be 4 carpets on top of the carpet with an additional carpet on the ceiling. I am now wondering if maybe the curtains are really carpets in disguise.

By carpet, do you mean Rug? Because it looks like a rug more than “carpet” to me. ;)
