A Few More Lofts…

April 21st, 2008 by Matt · 8 Comments · Braeburn, Firehouse #25, Portofino

A few more listings caught my eye tonight…

The Braeburn

A nicely photographed two story unit at The Braeburn, 1410 E Pine #W404, is 821 square feet and $465,000.

I think I like it.

Firehouse

Unit #7 is back at 1406 Harvard, aka The Firehouse. It was originally listed at $425,000 and is now at $409,000. Total days on the market is something a little over a hundred days now. The sad thing is my friend made an offer and after some negotiations was up to $415,000. Guess they should have taken it. Lucky for him, they didn’t.

Portofino

The photos aren’t that great and the interior looks a little dated but Portofino certainly looks nice from the outside. 417 E Pine #409 is $395,000 for 781 square feet.

Bonus Capitol Hill Condo Links: The church at 13th and Olive has been sold possibly to become condos according to the Stranger and hopefully not townhomes. A blogger paid much less than the Stranger bloggers has better pictures and more thoughts I disagree the church is beautiful. I reserve that

I really like the Firehouse and I’m glad to see prices coming down to earth. However, those photos are shot so tightly that I feel claustrophobic just looking at them. It’s a loft! Show off that space!

I agree with Jason, the photos make the place feel like about 500 square feet.

I really like the Braeburn too. I can’t afford a unit like that, but I think I’m going to bid on the 1 bd 1 bth over the garden. It’s almost like living outside of the city but your really not!
