Firehouse

#12 is back on the market. It’s been off and on for years now. For $1,199,000 you get 2,307 square feet, 1200 bottle wine cellar and a crazy shower.

It looks like a nice unit, I’m surprised it has had such a hard time selling.

Monique Lofts

#306 just hit the market. $295k for 488 square feet (which doesn’t include the 100 square foot sleeping loft.) I actually got an email from the agent/owner who is heading to grad school in San Francisco and wanted to spread the word. Look for an open house this weekend. Warning: lacks parking.

615 Pike Lofts

#402 looks like a very nice corner unit. $825k for 1,736 square feet featuring a 20′ wall of windows. Disclaimer: It’s listed by Redfin which I didn’t realize until looking further into this listing.

  • Ah right. With so many original condo names its easy to lose track! :)

    Thanks for pointing it out.
  • Hey Matt - I simply wanted you to know the last loft featured in this post is actually in a building called 615 E Pike, not Pike Lofts which is located at 303 E Pike St. Cheers,

  • There are two listings at the Firehouse and there was one open house on Sunday. I went in expecting to see the $410k unit, but I ended up seeing the $1.2M one. Wow. The wine cellar is in a very strange place -- you have to climb down a ladder next to the downstairs toilet to get to it. The office is actually a separate door marked "captain" completely isolated from the rest of the unit.

I saw another open house at the Firehouse for yet another unit last year. I had seen #12 on the market then and I asked the agent. The agent at that time was familiar with #12 (he knew about the wine cellar entrance) and said it had been on the market forever. It's a shame - the location is great and the owners did a fantastic job keeping it up.
