I was going through old email and found this one that included a rendering of the Kress Supermarket opening in June at 3rd and Pine.
Nice to see they’re going to go with small package sizes. I hate busting my arms home carrying pop and what not:
Without parking, Kress encourages shoppers to buy only what they can carry and will stock its shelves with some product sizes to match. Plans for an environmentally-friendly vehicle to deliver groceries to condos and businesses in a limited area encompassing downtown, lower Queen Anne, South Lake Union and Pioneer Square are underway.

For the delivery vehicle, might I suggest a tuk tuk? They’re extremely fuel efficient and, as you can see, totally adorable:

Im doing an Architecture project on a mixed use urban market/cafe/ residential living and I've been looking for some precedence like this for weeks!!! This is very helpful….. know where I can find any more floor plans?
