From touring their building recently I don’t think this really reaches their target demographic.

Apparently the 15,000 bonus includes the 7500 federal tax credit (which is really a loan). So really, this is a $7500 bonus. I guess its better than nothing, but I don’t know how many buyers it would motivate.

Actually if you read it it says “In addition to the 1st time homeowners $7,500 tax credit,
Intracorp is DOUBLING the reward with a: $15,000 buyers bonus” so it looks as if the 15k is on top of the $7500 tax credit.
