$15k Buyers Bonus at the Parc

I don’t really get this ad; “Vote Intracorp”?

From touring their building recently I don’t think this really reaches their target demographic.

Apparently the 15,000 bonus includes the 7500 federal tax credit (which is really a loan). So really, this is a $7500 bonus. I guess its better than nothing, but I don’t know how many buyers it would motivate.

It’s totally aimed at their target demographic.

See all those homogeneous white people at the bottom?

    Those are “sheeple”.

Actually if you read it it says “In addition to the 1st time homeowners $7,500 tax credit,
Intracorp is DOUBLING the reward with a: $15,000 buyers bonus” so it looks as if the 15k is on top of the $7500 tax credit.
